FIRE is a government-certified, not-for-profit organization dedicated to ensuring a safe, inclusive, and equitable working environment for the Kannada Film Industry. We stand for the rights of Women, Writers, and Workers.

To ensure a safe and healthy working environment for every individual in the Kannada Film Industry, regardless of gender, role, or background. FIRE commits to confronting systemic challenges like sexual harassment and economic disparity, while uplifting marginalized voices with dignity and resolve.
